Dear Ron
If you ingest too much glucose (which is a sugar) then this could push up your weight. If you are trying to gain weight then a moderate amount of glucose will probably not harm you, but take care that you don't overdo things and then gain too much weight. You obviously want to build muscle, not put on fat? Stick to 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Good luck

Thanks DietDoc,

yes i am trying to gain muscle. I am fortunate when it comes to picking up fat, I can eat just about anythiing and not get fat at all.

I was just wondering it too much glucose would have any negative effects on my organs.

thanks for the feedback.
