Glucose

Hi

Please can you advise the normally acpetable range for Glucose readings.

Please advise the food types that have the greatest effect on an increased level of glucose.

Normal bloodglucose will be between 4 and 8 mmol per litre depending on when last you ate.
HIgh fat and High sugar foods have the greatest effect on increased level of glucose
