glazed eyes

My border collie is 13 years old and her brown eyes are beginning to look slightly blue and glazed. She does now show any signs of blindness. Could she be getting cataracts or is this normal for an old dog?

This is normal deterioration of the lenses of the eyes. It may lead to reduced vision, especially at night, is related to ageing and does not need any treatment. Most older dogs will show this ageing process.
