GI Index

I am trying to find a complete list of foods and the GI values. I tried the Diabetes Assocaintion but only got a type of short summary classification.

It would really help me if I could get a complete list not just an idea of what is what.

Would it not be benefical to all if a complete list was posted on this site.

Thank you for your help
