gewig oor maag en middel

ek is 26 jaar oud, 1,70m lank en ek weeg 56,5kg. ek sukkel egter om die rolletjie om my middel te verloor. ek doen 3 maal per week vir 'n uur lank aerobics en ek probeer gesond eet. wat kan ek nog doen om my middel se rolletjie te verloor???
