gestational diabetes

i'd just like to know what the symptons of gestational diabetes are, and what i need to look out for. i am so tired i coud just die! all i wanna do is sleep and sleep and sleep, and the more i sleep the more tired i am. i am gaining weight, as in fat, and i feel so sluggish and unhealthy with constant headaches. i know i am doing so well. what could the cause/s of all this. anything will be appreciated - i need to pick myself up!

These are normal symptoms of pregnancy. Gestational diabetes may present with increased thirst and passing more urine, but often is only picked up if there is sugar in the urine or if there are other risk factors.
