GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX?

I have read up on the above and think this is what I may have!
On occasions when I eat, I find it hard to swallow my food with the sensation of "gagging". Could this be serious and what are the causes.

Dear Ken
Yes it can be serious as the acid may cause ulcers in the esophagus and narrowing due to scar tissue - you need a gastroscopy.
