Definitely the wrong forum, but blackbird's answer is good. And get the kid to a doctor or casualty asap. Even though he'll most probably end up all right, at that age they don't have much fluid in them at the best of times, and thus can rapidly dehydrate and become fragile.

not the right forum, but anyway, make sure the little one does not dehydrate, it could happen very very quickly, so go to the doctor, or a clinic near you asap. and keep giving the little one fluids, lots of it...boiled water (cooled down in clean container) if you do not have access to clean water. gluicose in the water if you have some. even saline solution if you can get some ...

but get the little one to the doc asap ..they could dehydrate in lees the 2 hours ..
