Although cacao powder contains less fat (21,7g/100g) than milk chocolate for example (30,6g/100g), it is still basically a high fat food. If you only have 1 tablespoon (16g) which contains 3,3g of fat with fat-free milk (0,3g fat/100 ml) then it should not affect your gallbladder too much. However, if you find that you feel nauseous after drinking cacao, then you will have to cut it out.
