Fuzzy brain

I am beginning to become very scared. More and more regularly I experience, what I call fussy brain.
Although I have no problem falling asleep, but have difficulty waking up and when wake my thinking is foggy.
I also experience detailed and elaborate dreams, which continue even in half awaking state.
There are times when I can have 9 to 10 hours sleep but still need intermittent naps during the day.

I don't feel depressed and lead a fairly quiet life although I have put on extra weight (15kg) over the past 2 years.
