FTE employee benefits

I would like to have another child. I am a FTE employee for a year now. If I were to fall pregnant, what are my chances of retaining my job after I've had a baby?

If you fall pregnant, you are entitled to retain your position after giving birth. You must however report to the Deparmtent of Labour and give the Company a certificate when you will be going off and when you will be returning. This must be done in writing.
