Fruit...

I know this might seem like a supid question but i wanted to know i heard banna's and grapes are fattening is this true????

All foods, no matter how healthy they may be, including fruit, can cause weight gain if eaten in excess. If you eat so much fruit that it increases your energy intake above your energy output, then you will gain weight. Moderation is the key to good health.
