frozen pelvis

I have been diagnosed with a frozen pelvis after i had ten operations on my stomach, the one was when they removed some of my bowl. If dont eat properly my stomach goes into spasim and it can remain that way for a couple of days. I have spoken to specialist about the pain, but they say there is nothing they can do for me, i must live on pain killers. I would like to know
if you have any suggestions, or who else I can speak to .

Thank You
Pelvis
