Dear Ronda
Your poor friend - her BMI = 12,9 which is still very underweight. Please persuade her parents to take her to see a clinical dietitian (visit the Association for Dietetics in SA Website at: www.adsa.org.za and click on "Find a Dietitian" to find a dietitian in your area), so that the dietitian can guide her and her family through this difficult time. She needs a balanced diet to repair the damage done by the anorexia otherwise she will not grow normally.
Holding thumbs for your friend.
Best regards
DietDoc
