fracture of coccyx

please help!
I am 32 weeks pregnant and at 30 weeks was run down by a motor vehicle and have sustained a fractured coccyx, and now have to have a ceaserian section instead of a normal delivery.
I am in constant pain and dont sleep well. Any suggestions as how to alleviate the pain and is physiotherapy an option?
many thanks!

You can take Voltaren for a short time. Also try getting an air cushion to sit on. A physiotherpaist might do some heat and ultrasound treatment which could be useful.

Best wishes
