Hi, what exercise/s are there to work your forearms? ie get them bigger and stronger..

just grab some fairly heavy dumbells and walk slowly around until you can't hold them anymore. i like the exercise as it's a no-brainer (good to finish off when you're tired) but it really works well, it's a killer on the forearms.

Excuse my stupidity but how does that work. Do you just grab two dumbells and walk around the gym? or is there a certain technique to it? Like lunging forward and back up again?

Do reverse grip bicep curls. Use the EZ bar and instead of your palms facing upward, have them face downwards and do the curls.

i like the one where you walk around while holding dumbells until you cant hold them anymore (doesn't take long!)
