Food Labels

Diet Doc

Ek sal graag wil weet hoe moet mens te werk gaan om die "label" agterop `n produk reg te lees en te verstaan.
Waarvoor moet mens uitkyk wat nadelig is, en wat is die aanbevole inname vir `n volwasse persoon of gaan dit verskil. Bv.
Hoeveel vesel moet mens daagliks inneem ens.
