No not proven, some shell fish are said to be aphrodisiacs but if they work, then they work for both men and women. Oysters work for me, but I think its the way you eat them and can feed them to each other that makes me horny not the actual oyster.

Well I do not think so. Well actually zink (found in many sea foods) does rise your libido a little if you take it for a while. But when you drink the supplement or eat oysters it wouldn't act like a natural "Spanish Fly" or whatever.
