Folic Acids VS Pregnavit

Can I take Folic Acids and pregnavit at the same time. Is it save?

I'm taking both, The folic acid in the pregnavit is not enough on it's own

My gynae first waited for me to finish my folic acid before he prescribed Pregnavit. A combination of the two together at the same time tends to make you constipated and naseasous.

Well my gyane perscribed, Folic Acid, Pregnavit & DS-24 micronutrients (iron tablets) all at once.
