Even if you have be taking too much it will not harm the baby as it is water soluble and your body will get rid of the extras.

I think thats a bit too much. You only have to take more if you have had a baby with spinal defects already or if you are have twins/triplets.

Just keep to 1 tablet a day rather.

I am taking 4x5mg daily, too much you think? Two in the morning and two and night.
