Cellulite, yes, and skin, yes, but to a lesser extent. It certainly helps to lose weight through exercise, because it happens a lot less quickly, and it's that rapid weight loss that can affect the skin. Also, the toning type exercises, to firm the muscle, tends to help with the skin problem, so it's certainly worth doing. But whether it will ever take the problem away, unfortunately not.
