Fighting fatique

Hi everyone.

I'm 20 weeks preggies & I'm really tired. I don't think I work any longer & I know it's too soon. What supplements can I take? I only take folibon so far & I've started with the preggies yoga. I need something that could lift me up a bit, but I'm also scared because my pregnancy has had complications earlier.

Thanx guys. This is not as easy as people make it out to be. I'm having all sorts of aches ( even my tail bone hehehe). I'm not even big yet, so far I've gained 3kgs.

Hi charX,

Im in exactly the same boat! I, so, know how ur feeling!! Mornings see me refreshed but generally lacking motivation to get up and going... afternoons are a major slump! (like now) I can barely keep my eyes open.. its like my first trimester without the ravenous appetite..

I think it would be best to contact your doc, ask him to give you some supplements. Alot of woman use pregnavite.
Try to rest as much as possible and get enough sleep.

Good luck and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.
