Hallo, ek wil graag weet of fietsry mens fiks kan maak, en ook kan help om so bietjie gewig te verloor. Ek stel nie belang om in kompetisies te ry nie, net om myself weer fiks te kry.

Yes it certainly can help you to get fit and lose some weight, so long as you combine it with healthy eating!
Why not go to the fitness page of this website and click on "shape up for summer" and try the cycling programme. You don't have to compete in races, but it will give you an idea of how much training you should be doing each week.
