Fertility Query

Hi
I suffered from a pyosalpinx? years ago and am wondering if it is possible that this could cause infertility? Are they likely to cause infertility problems? How dangerous are these?

Thank You

They are likely to cause fertility problems as it usually means the tubes are damaged.
