is it possible that if you like maybe 1 month pregnant your feet will be swollen -

It is possible, but you should contact your gynae. Fluid retention in early pregnancy should be attended to, it could show a risk of pre-eclampsia, though this usually only develops in late pregnancy.

Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated, it will help you to keep your weight on track and with constipation too. Sip it slowly so that you don't need to go to the loo any more often that the 5 minute intervals you're probably going now.
