feet cramps

I get feet cramps alot at night and the only thing that gets it to go away is walking it off. Some nights I wake up from the cramps it's so bad. It never spreads to my calves or anywhere else. Is there some vitamin or nutrient that is lacking in my body?

Take calcium and magnesium tablets, the work for cramps.
