fbc - what does this mean

hi doc

I have a high platelet condition. diagnosed years ago but doesn' t show on a fbc as its under control with meds.
I therefore go for fbc every few months 4check ups.
I recently had a bad cold, bronchitis , didn' t take my antibiotics but recovered over 7days (this was a week ago)
I had fbc done yesterday, revealed white blood bells 11.96 should be 4.6 - 11.5
neutrophyls Abs 7.24 should be 2 - 6.5
eosonophyls Abs 0.58 Should be 0. 00 - 0. 40
Basophyls Abs 0.09 should be 0-0.07
( excuse spelling )

I also Might have a dental absess. I have allergies, but I have not been Sneezing lately. Allergies did however cause my brondritis.
could this be that I still have bacteria in my systom? Pls advise

Dear Concerned
I am not really worried about your blood results - the slightly raised counts may still be a result of the cold and bronchitis you had. You don't need any treatment for this
