fatigue

Hi Doc, hope you have some advice for me. I am so tired, I can hardly keep myself awake. Baby is only waking up twice per night as apposed to seven or eight times previously, so that has improved. I am just totally exhausted. I take Efexor 300mg. Detrusitol, eltroxin and natrilix.
