If you are referring to the Weigh Less eating plan, then I would firstly suggest that you discuss this with your W/L counsellor. You also don't mention if your fast entails a whole day at a time or if you are allowed to eat say after sundown as is the case with Muslims. If you have to fast for 24 hours or more, then you need to make sure that you are ingesting plenty of water to prevent dehydration and to take things very quietly esp in this hot weather. If you are allowed to eat between sunset and sunrise then you will have to plan your food intake and make special provisions such as getting up much earlier to make sure that you do eat breakfast before the fast commences.
