Dear Honey
This depends on how frequently one is breast-feeding. If you are breast-feeding atleast 6 times in a 24hour period the likelihood of conception is remote. Also to some extent the return to regular menses would indicate ovulatory function and therefore the likelihood of conception. If you are experiencing regular menses then certainly the possibilities of conception is likely.
