Hi, I have been severe headaches for over 2 weeks now, left side temporal headache .. I also feel very nauseus, and I am left handed and noticed that I don't have a very strong hold anymore, have been diagnosed with CTS.

Have been getting pain in my left eye and I have notice the vein (blue) is quite enlarged. My vision is fine, also experiencing heavy muscle twitches all over my body. Don't know why but I have experiencing cold shills running down my body, don't have the flu or a fever.

Should i be concerned. Pls advise.
