Explain this to me Doc!!

I once asked you a question about fibroids and a discharge that I had if there was a connection and you gave me the below answer;

Pains could be due to degeneration of the fibroid but the discharge would not be related.

Please explain it to me a bit coz I dont really understand what you mean.

Fibroids can liquefy in the middle (called degeneration) and this can cause pain. Fibroids will not cause a discharge.
