Exercising - loosing weight

How long do you need to exercise before loosing any weight. I've started at the gym in January. I gym 3 - 5 times a week for 45 - 60 min. I haven't lost any weight.

Rather keep track of body measurements (eg waist, hips and chest) than just weigh yourself - since you have probably lost fat and gained muscle (which weighs more than fat). The scale can't tell you that.

Also perhaps write to Dietdoc to query your eating plan - perhaps this needs some attention.
