Our expert says:
In terms of the number of days, yes. And in terms of a balance between cardio and weights, yes. However, there's more to a good routine than just what you do and how often.
For example, what is the purpose? If your goal is weight loss, then you might find that this is a bit thin on cardio. If your goal is toning, then you might find that there is too much Pilates and not enough weight work. So your goal determines your programme to a large extent, and that means you have to assess it in more detail.
There is also the intensity of training - how hard you train. You could do the right type of training but if you do it either too hard or too easy, then it makes less of an impact.
So while it sounds good, there's a little more to take into account.
