Any gym program will increase your lean body mass. You just need to be carefull that you dont do too much. Start with the super circuit at your gym for a block of 6-8 weeks. If you rae used to strength training you can keep your intensity high but if your'e not used to weights take it slowly and start with 1 set of 10-12 on each apparatus and see how you feel.
