Exercise for snow skiing

I am going on a snow ski holiday in January and would like to know what exercises to do to strengthen the muscles for skiing

Odi,

As far as I can imagine you would need good overall strength for skiing. You have the more obvious issues like leg strength but less obvious ones like core-stability and even arm, back and shoulder strength.

Please tell me in which city you live and I will refer you to a Biokineticist near you. It is the safest, best option to follow.
