Exercise & Diet

I am 13kg's overweight. I have started going to gym and discovered that i'm pregnant. I would love to lose the weight. How is that possible during pregnancy and what type of exercises can I do. I do not want to pick up too much weight and then have to struggle afterwards. Can i continue to do aerobics and spinning classes.

Aerobics are fine as long as you do not push your pulse up too high for too long.
