You can most certainly get fit, but the key is time. You have various constraints, everyone does and certainly the age, being unfit and not being able to join a gym are considerations in the training, but these are relatively easily overcome. However, the fact that you cannot find time to exercise is the big problem, and there is no way to achieve anything if you can't find some time from somewhere. It's vitally important that make time - no one ever found that they suddenly had enough time to exercise, they have to prioritize it.
