It depends on how long ago the op was, because if you have recovered sufficiently and you are sure that you are over it, then any exercise is possible, take your pick. Rugby and soccer players often have the op and once they've been rehabilitated, they are back playing at the same level as before. Obviously, the key is the rehab, you have to be sure you've done that.
But to begin with, if it's recent, anything gentle is fine - walking, swimming, pool jogging etc. are all good options. But I'm pretty sure that you've probably had quite a long lay off and so you're ready to get back into the training again.
