Exam Stress Foods

Please can you give me advice for stress-relief diet and foods during exam time?

It may help of you take a complete vitamin and mineral supplement (Centrum or Supradyn Forte), and omega-3 (Salmon oil capsules - buy at chemist or health shop) for the period when you write exams. Also make sure that you are eating a balanced diet that is rich in carbohydrates (click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a low-fat, high-fibre, high-carb diet) to ensure that you brain gets sufficient carbs to function well. You can increase the portion sizes as you are not trying to lose weight. Daily exercise for at least 30 min such as going for a brisk walk will also help to relax you and ensure that you blood circulation esp to the brain is stepped up. Also make sure that you get sufficient sleep so that you are refreshed when you have to study.
