Enough to eat

Dear Doc
Would this be enough to eat for one day?
Breakfast: Half a cup raw oats with 175ml FF yoghurt
Lunch: 1 apple with 175ml FF yoghurt
Supper: 2 slices seed loaf with 2 slices ham or half a tin tune or 1 chicken breast fillet with mustard.

The diet you describe is rather minimalistic and could lead to deficiencies. Click on 'Diet' at the top of this page, 'Weight loss', ‘Balanced diet' and then on 'Slimming Diet' for a copy of a balanced weight loss diet that will not cause deficiencies.
