Enough exercise to lose weight?

Hi, if I do spinning 2 x per week, off-road MTB once a week and weights 1 x per week and eath healthy, will I lose weight? I need to lose 5kg!!

Ok, Ive been training hard (4-5 times a week), ate healthy, I have not lost a single cm. I have actually picked up CM''s. I mean I exercise more than the average person. How is this possible?

Yes, surely, but remember, it also depends on your diet. Make sure you''re eating healthy too, and yes, you will lose that 5kg''s with those physical activities.
