Endometriosis, adhesions, pelvic congestion - anyone/gynaedoc?

Hello there, please can someone let me know what the pain of these 3 things feels like? When does pain occur - daily? worse after ovulation or 1-2 wks before period? worse during period? does it cause urination problems? is the pain the same as period cramps or normal menstrual pain or is it different?, can it occur around the navel area? Any other symptoms? Thank you.

The pain of endometriosis typically occurs 2-3 days into the period and lasts throughout the period, then gets better. It can , however, be continuous. Pelvic congestion pain starts before the period and gets better with the period. Adhesion pain can be at any time. Having said this, pain is not always typical and there are individual variations. The nature of the pain is also hard to define.

Best wishes
