Emosionele eter!


Ek besef nou dat ek met ' n ernstige probleem sit en dit voel asof KOS my hele lewe oorheers - ek kan egter nie meer so aangaan nie. Ek dink 24 uur per dag aan kos (wat kan ek nou eet/waarvoor is ek lus) en soms eet ek net om vertroosting te soek of sommer net as ek verveeld is. Ek het DRINGEND iemand nodig wat vir my kan help met dit? Ek kan ook glad nie meer by ' n gesonde eetprogram bly nie, want ek voel dan ek word ' ontneem'  van al die lekker dinge in die lewe. Is daar dalk iemand wat my probleem kan uitsorteer deur hipnose of wat stel u voor? Ek is nog jonk, 26 en wil graag volgende jaar swanger word. Ek is woonagtig in Bloemfontein, in die Vrystaat.

See a good Cognitive-Behaviour Therapist providing CBT, to work on changing those unhelpful automatic attitudes and behaviours you have formed around food. They can also helpfully work with you on sticking to a healthy eating program --- you CAN keep to it, but declaring that you can't makes it much harder to do so than needs be. HYpnosis will NOT help ( though our resident idiotic hypnosis fanatic will probably suggest it will ) --- and asking for hypnosis in this sort of situation amounts to asking for magic.
