Our expert says:
See a good Cognitive-Behaviour Therapist providing CBT, to work on changing those unhelpful automatic attitudes and behaviours you have formed around food. They can also helpfully work with you on sticking to a healthy eating program --- you CAN keep to it, but declaring that you can't makes it much harder to do so than needs be. HYpnosis will NOT help ( though our resident idiotic hypnosis fanatic will probably suggest it will ) --- and asking for hypnosis in this sort of situation amounts to asking for magic. CBT is more effective and reliable, and gives YOU the power to do this and to keep on doing it right
