elbow pains

Hi,

I experience shrap pain when doing chest bench press, arm pullover, tricepts exercises. I took a 2 weeks break from weight lifting but I still feel the pain when I'm doing these exercises. A friend recommended that I should use OESTEOZE for the lubrication of the joints/ligaments, but I've not done so as I'm not sure whether thats a good solution.
Any suggestion is welcomed.

Hi Mark

Probably the brachioradialis muscle. Rub under your left pec before doing your exercise and activate it. You should have immediate results.
