Hi Charlie, welcome to the forum and thanks for the post.

First-off, please ignore the dumb-ass comment by Rusta - what he suggests is absolute nonsense and indicates gross ignorance.

Sperm cells are only one element of ejaculate - it is likely that they will survive for a while due to the warmth and humidity of the rectum. Water-content contained is semen is likely to be absorbed through the mucosal lining of the rectum and the rest is passed out when you next evacuate.

Maybe that is why I do not have the flu yet this winter. LOL

Now this is news to me, are you saying that semen is good for avoiding or treating the common cold due to its high vitamin C content? Winter's coming on guys.....

I did a cut and paste from the sexology forum here on Health24, where all the pervs hang out, unlike us good folk here hehehehe:

"What's in semen?

Contrary to what you've heard, semen is not loaded with calories. Each teaspoon of ejaculate has about 5 - 7 calories and some 200 - 500 million sperm. Since sperm make up only about 1 percent of semen, what accounts for the other 99 percent? Well, its other ingredients include:

Fructose sugar
Ascorbic acid (a.k.a., vitamin C)
Citric acid
Phosphate and bicarbonate buffers (bases)

In the post below, you'll see my partner and I also don't use protection.
I think sperm cells quickly dies outside the body, so nothing much.
And it will just be disposed of later.
