Dear Cara
According to the SA Heart Foundation, adults can eat up to 4 eggs per week. Eggs are healthy foods with a high nutritive content, but if eaten to excess can increase your blood cholesterol levels and may contribute to heart disease. Very active individuals and those with a naturally low cholesterol count can probably eat up to 6 eggs per week.
