Effects of contra-indicated vaccines on foetal development

Having not been planning on pregnancy, my wife recently accepted a tetanus shot and polio drops in preparation for travelling. A few weeks later, we have found out that she was approx one week pregnant at the time. What statistical information is available on the effects on foetal development in such cases?

Polio vaccine is an inactivated vaccine. There are no proven effects on fetal development though it is recommended on theoretical grounds that it be avoided in pregnancy. The situation is much the same with tetanus toxoid. The American Centre for Disease Control says that pregnant women who inadvertantly receive tetanus toxoid should not be concerned.
