Eating/chewing ice

I want to know if eating ice is bad for your teeth ?

Nick, it might cause your teeth to crack – something you don’t really want. Craving ice (pagophagia) might also be a sign of iron deficiency, so maybe the best would be to have your blood tested just to make sure. Good luck.

Nick, definitely check out your iron levels, I chew ice and found out I am anaemic. I go for iron injections and take iron tablets and know when my iron is running low as I start to crave ice.
