Toddlers can be very difficult and get into phases where they just eat one type of food. You can only keep on giving him small portions of meat and vegies every day and encourage him to try them in a non-stressful way. Even if he only eats 1 teaspoon of a 'new' food you should praise him and tell him what a good and clever boy he is. Once you have got him to eat 1 t you can gradually encourage him to have 2 t, etc. If he is not enthusiastic about vegies, offer him fruit instead as a taste for vegies often takes a long time to develop.
